Items Out Of Stock
Subject to stock availability. We try to maintain accurate stock counts on our
website but from time-to-time there may be a stock discrepancy and we will not
be able to fulfill all your items at time of purchase. In this instance, we will contact you to determine if you want us to fulfill the available products to you, or if you would prefer for us to process a refund.
Order Processing
All orders are processed within 1-3 business days with the exception of orders placed on weekends and holidays. Please note that due to the on-going COVID-19 pandemic, order processing may take longer than normal.
P.O. Box Shipping
Unconventional Lapidarist LLC will ship to P.O. box addresses using postal
services only. We are unable to offer couriers services to these locations.
Military Address Shipping
We are able to ship to military addresses using USPS. We are unable to offer
this service using courier services.
Tracking Notifications
Upon dispatch, customers will receive a tracking link from which they will be
able to follow the progress of their shipment based on the latest updates made
available by the shipping provider.
Cancellations
If you change your mind before you have received your order, we are able to
accept cancellations at any time before the order has been dispatched. If an
order
has already been dispatched, please refer to our refund policy.
Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated during checkout based on weight, dimensions and
destination of the items in the order. Payment for shipping will be collected
with the purchase.
This price will be the final price for shipping cost to the customer.
WHAT ORDERS QUALIFY FOR FREE SHIPPING?
All orders over $150 that are being shipped to an address within the continental US (excluding Alaska and Hawaii) will qualify for free shipping. International orders will not qualify for free shipping.
International Shipping
Import Duties & Taxes
Import duties and taxes for international shipments may be liable to be paid
upon arrival in destination country. This varies by country, and Unconventional
Lapidarist LLC encourage you to be aware of these potential costs before placing
an order with us.
If you refuse to to pay duties and taxes upon arrival at your destination
country, the goods will be returned to Unconventional Lapidarist LLC at the
customers expense, and the customer will receive a refund for the value of goods
paid, minus the cost of the return shipping. The cost of the initial shipping
will not be refunded.
International Pricing
We offer discounted USPS First Class International shipping at a discounted rate up to 4 lbs. The rate is automatically calculated when checking out. If you choose a different service, the system will calculate based on what our actual shipping cost are. The discounted International rate is the best way to go. The shipping time varies but it is usually 1-4 weeks for USPS First Class International depending on country.
HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO RECEIVE MY ORDER?
Please note, domestic orders will arrive in 3-10 business days after order has been shipped. You should receive an email order notification with a tracking number to track your shipment.
Transit time Internationally
Generally, orders shipped internationally are in transit for 2-4 weeks. This varies greatly depending on the courier you have selected. We are able to offer a more specific estimate when you are choosing your courier at checkout.
Delivery Time Exceeded
If delivery time has exceeded the forecasted time, please contact us so that we
can conduct an investigation. We do not have any control over transit time with couriers.
